First-Class Rust Removal In Tuscaloosa, AL
We received a call from the Army National Guard Reserve Center on Hwy 69 South in Tuscaloosa, AL concerning rust stains that they had in their mechanical room. They informed us that they had tried to remove them, but were unsuccessful. We set a time and a date to go by and take a look at what the issue seemed to be. After careful observation, we advised them of our recommendation and the time it would take. The building maintenance supervisor stated that of all the calls he had made, we were the only company to respond and hired us on the spot to do the work.
Rust stain removal using F9 BARC is a multiple step process that first starts with cleaning the surface of all dust and dirt. The entire concrete floor had to be cleaned, rinsed, squeegeed, and allowed to dry overnight. The following morning the F9 BARC rust remover was applied and allowed to dwell the required amount of time for the chemical to properly treat the rust stained areas. After the required amount of dwell time had passed, the entire floor was once again rinsed using medium pressure as not to splash any chemical on the insulation covering the pipes in the mechanical room. The rinsed floors were then squeegeed again, and the mechanical room was left to dry overnight. The next day we returned to walk the work area with the facilities maintenance supervisor explaining the entire process and what can be done in the future. The facilities maintenance supervisor was extremely pleased with all of our hard work and the knowledge we possessed to correctly get the job done.
The mechanical room of the Army's National Guard Reserve Center on Hwy 69 South in Tuscaloosa, AL is now free of rust stains and clean as the day the concrete was poured.
