Professional House Wash, Concrete Cleaning, & Roof Cleaning in Vestavia Hills, AL

This beautiful home is nestled away on it's own private, but very large lake in Vestavia Hills, AL. The owner contacted us about providing a house washing, concrete cleaning, and roof cleaning services for the property as they had family coming in for the holidays and wanted the whole place freshened up.

Starting with the roof, we proceeded to apply the algaecide to kill the algae and moss down to the roots. Roof cleanings aren't like concrete cleaning where you get instant gratification. It may take several weeks for the roof to be rid of the organic growth. The reason for this is the longer the chemical stays on the roof, the better. The object is to kill the organic growth down to the roots, then in the following weeks, the dead organics will eventually either fall off or be washed away by rain showers.

After cleaning the roof we washed the house using our low pressure soft wash system. Using low pressure protects the home's siding from unwanted damage that pressure washers cause, while cleaning the exterior of the home.

We then moved to cleaning the concrete. The chemical cleaner was applied using the same low pressure soft wash system, but the actual washing was done using medium pressure from the pressure washer by dialing back the pressure in order to protect the integrity of the brick and stone. After receiving a final rinse the entire property was ready for visitors.
