Phenomenal Roof Cleaning In Coker, AL

The customer called us just before Christmas of 2023 to come take a look at his roof and to give him a price to do a roof cleaning at his home in Coker, AL. He was concerned about the discoloration caused by the algae that was growing and the long term effects if left untreated. We told him that we had seen worse, and if left untreated, it could become a problem by facilitating the growth of moss. He decided that he wanted to go ahead and have the roof cleaning done. We presented him with the quote and after looking at the upcoming weather forecast, we were able to schedule his roof cleaning for the next week.

We always spray plain water on all of the grass, flowers, and bushes surrounding our work area mitigating the possibility of the algaecide damaging the wanted organics. After that, we proceeded to applying the treatment to the roof to start the process of killing the algae growth. Due to this customer having French drains underground, we opted to not rinse the roof, but rather let the chemical sit up there for as long as possible until the rain storm arrived that was forecasted for the next day. We did spray all of the grass, flowers, and bushes one more time with plain water prior to leaving the jobsite. We returned 2 days later after the rain storm had passed to take the after pictures in the before & after photos.

The customer was extremely happy with the results, and has since called us back about another project.
