Unbelievable Low Pressure Soft Wash & Concrete Cleaning in Vestavia Hills, AL

This was a fairly large project for a customer who had inherited his father's home upon his passing. The Vestavia Hills, AL home was being put on the market and the customer wanted to have it cleaned up on the outside and presentable for potential buyers. The home's stucco exterior needed a low pressure soft washing to rid the home of the green and black algae that had been growing on the exterior surfaces. in addition, the customer also wanted to have the driveway and curbs cleaned to top it all off. upon our initial inspection of everything that needed to be cleaned, we noticed an area of the roof that needed some attention due to it showing signs of minimal moss growth. the customer decided to add in that portion of the roof to prevent the future owners from any unforeseen rotting issues underneath the shingles in the near future.

The soft wash, roof cleaning, and concrete cleaning took right at 3 days to complete due to the complexity of the job and the age of the algae that had been growing on the stucco of the home. When cleaning stucco, it is imperative that low pressure be used and to ensure that all of the algae has been killed down to the roots to prevent further growth.
