Unbelievable House Washing & Concrete Cleaning in Vestavia Hills, AL

This 1950's era built home is currently a rental property in Vestavia Hills, AL. The owner contacted us about providing a house washing and a concrete cleaning as the renovations were almost complete and the property would soon be listed. Upon providing the customer a quote that worked well with her budget, we were hired and the work was scheduled.

On the day the work to be performed was scheduled, we arrived on time as promised. We quickly went to work preparing the jobsite and working through our pre-work checklist. We first went to work cleaning the exterior of the home by using our low pressure soft wash system to effectively clean the outside of the home safely without using any high pressure water. We then got started on the concrete areas by first pre-treating the concrete with a cleaner solution and allowing that solution to dwell for approximately 20 minutes. Using a 20 inch surface cleaner, we began to "scrub" or "wash" the largest areas using high pressure. After the largest areas had been cleaned, the trimming out was done with the use of a wand. The final step was to apply a light post-treatment that would continue to work deeper into the pores of the concrete for continued cleaning ad brightening over time.
