Top-notch Mobile Home Soft Washing In Bessemer, AL

This customer contacted us via our message link on one of our Facebook posts. In her message, she said that she had researched the difference between soft washing and pressure washing, and had decided that soft washing was what she wanted to do for her vinyl sided mobile home located in Bessemer, AL. She also stated that she had some health issues and wanted to know if she needed to be on-site when we came to look at her property. We told her that because we could "see" her mobile home well enough on Google Earth, that we wouldn't even have to come on site to give her an estimate. Using Google Earth's measuring tool, we were able to remotely quote her home and send her the estimate to her email address. She was absolutely thrilled to hear this and shortly after sending the estimate, we received confirmation that she had accepted it. We then gave her a few options of when we could put her on the schedule and asked that she simply reply to the email with the date that worked best for her. After receiving her reply with the day she wanted, we scheduled her job.

On the day of the cleaning, everything went as planned, and the entire job took just about an hour to complete. After taking a few pictures and creating before and after photos for her, we attached them to the invoice and emailed it to her while still on site. The customer paid the invoice and included the message, "Thank you for making this process so easy! My biggest concern were my health issues and not wanting to jeopardize that with face-to-face interactions. Thank you, thank you, thank you!".
