Superior Cul-de-sac Concrete Cleaning On Monnish Drive In Tuscaloosa, AL

The concrete cleaning on the curbs of the cul-de-sac on Monnish Drive in Tuscaloosa, AL was a multi-neighbor effort. Three of the four neighbors at the end of this drive banded together to cover this cost because the fourth neighbor at the very end would be holding their son's wedding at their home later in the month. The neighbors paying for the project said that this particular neighbor was the kind of neighbor anyone would want to live next to, and that they just wanted to do something nice for them to help with the big day coming up. We thought that was very generous of the other neighbors.

On the day of the concrete cleaning, we started by first watering all of the grass next to the curbs in order to protect it from the chemical cleaning agent we would be using to loosen the dirt and built-up grime on the curbs. After waiting a dwell time of approximately 15 minutes, we went to work pressure washing the curbs working from the highest point to the lowest for optimal draining. Though there were some very old and stubborn spots, all of the grime was removed revealing the beautiful concrete underneath. We then rinsed all of the pressure washed curbs with plain water to flush all of the removed gunk down to the next storm drain. Finally, we finished the job by applying a post-treatment of the cleaning agent to the concrete for continued deep cleaning and brightening.

This entire project took less than 3 hours from arrival to departure, and the residents were thoroughly happy with the results.
