Superb Wood Cleaning in Tuscaloosa County, AL

This customer lives out in the country of Tuscaloosa County, AL. The customer contacted us to get a quote for a wood cleaning to clean the underside of his deck as he was planning on staining it, but wanted it properly cleaned beforehand. The customer stated that he did not want the wood to be "fuzzy" due to any high pressure being used. We assured the customer that we only clean wood using low pressure soft washing techniques and that no high pressure would be used. After explaining our process, the customer hired us and we scheduled the job.

The day arrived for us to clean the underside of the deck. We showed up on time and ready to get this project knocked out for the customer. We started the wood cleaning process as we told the customer we would, while holding true to our promise to not use any high pressure. Upon completion, the customer had some concerns about some very deep, darken spot still left on the wood. We explained that these were stains that were set into the wood fibers and there was nothing we could do about them. We also let the customer know that due to the depth of the staining that it would be very unlikely these stains would be visible after the staining of the underside of the deck. The customer understood completely and thanked us for all that we had done.

*** The customer called us a few days later to tell us that we were right, that the deep staining was not visible after he had stained the underside of the deck. He thanked us again for our expertise in the proper way of cleaning wood and for the care taken in not using high pressure.
