Stunning House Washing & Wood Cleaning In Shoal Creek, AL

This beautiful painted brick home in Shoal Creek, AL was in need of a house washing and a wood cleaning. The customer contacted us inquiring about if we provided soft washing services and whether or not the techniques we use would be safe for her plants. We assured her that the technique of soft washing is the preferred method of cleaning and that plant and flower safety was our top priority prior to starting any job. She agreed to our terms and we were able to give her a date in which the work would be completed.

On the day of the cleaning, we arrived onsite and immediately started preparing the area for work. The first thing we do prior to starting any house washing project is we walk the work area and spray all vegetation with plain water in order to protect the plant life from the algaecide we use to kill the algae and moss if present. We then get started washing the house by applying the algaecide to all sides of the home starting at the bottom and moving upward to ensure a nice even coat. After waiting approximately 10 to 15 minutes, we come back and rinse using plain water at medium pressure. All of the killed organics simply wash off of the surface. After all rinsing has taken place, we water all of the plant life once again to remove any overspray that may have landed on the plants during the rinsing process.

This project took right at 4 hours to complete from arrival to departure.
