Stunning House Washing & Striking Concrete Cleaning In Vance, AL

This customer is the mother of a personal friend to the owner of E5M Hydro Wash, LLC. She had mentioned to her son that she wanted to have a house washing done to rid her vinyl of the algae growth, and a concrete cleaning to brighten things up a bit. His response was that he knew just the person to contact. She was more than happy with the price quoted and scheduled the cleaning for her house after receiving the estimate.

After arriving onsite, we went straight to work on cleaning up the vinyl applying the cleaning solution from the bottom to the top to ensure all areas were properly treated. After the solution was allowed to dwell on the surface for around 15 minutes, the entire home was rinsed from the top to the bottom with low pressure water to ensure no damage was done to the vinyl. Next, we used the same order of operations on the concrete, but at a higher ratio for the concrete cleaning. After the solution was allowed to dwell, we cleaned the larger areas using a 20 inch high pressure rotary surface cleaner, and trimmed out using a wand and a 40 degree fan tip. All of the concrete was then rinsed using medium pressure.

The homeowner was extremely happy with the results and stated that she had no idea how dirty her Vance, AL home was! We thanked her for her business, and left after only being there for a few hours.
