Stunning House Washing In Hoover, AL
This house washing in Hoover, AL was for a retired educator who's HOA had sent her a letter demanding that she have one side of her small garden home cleaned. This customer had recently fallen and had hip surgery, and was walking with a walker. She explained that normally she would clean it herself, but due to her injury, she just couldn't. We were understanding and were able to explain every step of the process while ensuring her that we take every precaution to prevent any damage to surrounding grass, flowers, and shrubbery.
Normally at the end of a job we walk the property with the homeowner and visually inspect the work. For this customer however, we took our before and after pictures on a tablet to show the customer as her eye sight "wasn't what it used to be" according to her. She was pleased with both the work and the thought of using the tablet to help her see what we had done.
