Splendid Wood Cleaning in Tuscaloosa, AL
A customer living within the Northriver Yacht Club in Tuscaloosa, AL hired us to do a wood cleaning on his very weathered and dirty deck. The customer said on the phone that he'd been following us for some time on social media and had decided that when it was time, we were the company he wanted to use for the cleaning of his wooden deck. We provided an estimate that he quickly accepted, and his job was scheduled to take place within the next 2 weeks.
The day of the cleaning came, and we arrived onsite as promised. Using a backpack sprayer, we applied the Wood Wizard wood cleaner by Southeast Softwash to all surface areas of the wooden deck in the backyard of the home. We allowed the cleaner solution to dwell on the surface for the appropriate amount of time before starting the rinsing phase of the wood cleaning. Using medium-light pressure, we rinsed all treated areas of the deck. The deck showed signs of deep-set staining that could not be removed due to the organics penetrating the wood fibers, but the overall process was a success.
