Spectacular House Washing & Roof Cleaning in Vestavia Hills, AL
A previous customer who lived in Tuscaloosa, relocated to nearby Vestavia Hills, AL called to say that she wanted a house washing and roof cleaning at her new home. The customer stated that we did such a good job at her previous home, that she didn't want to hire anyone else. We thanked her for her loyal service and emailed the estimate to her right away. The customer accepted the proposal and we scheduled her work for the following week.
The day finally arrived for the work to be done, and upon arriving on time as promised, we quickly went to work preparing the area for the work that was about to take place. We started the project by first cleaning her roof of the gloeocapsa magma (black staining) that had started to take hold on her shingles. The roof cleaning went as planned and we moved on to the house wash. Starting at the bottom, we applied our house washing solution to the home starting at the bottom and moving our way up. After allowing the solution to dwell for approximately 20 minutes, we rinsed the walls surfaces moving from the top to the bottom ensuring not to rinse the roof. The customer had gutters on her new home that drained into a french-style drainage system and when these are present, it is best to just leave the roof cleaning solution on the roof for a s long as possible.
Roof cleanings take time for the best results. We went back after 6 weeks and the entire roof looked as clean as it did the day it was installed.
