Spectacular Concrete Cleaning at The Reserve in Hoover, AL
This sweet lady called for a concrete cleaning price for her home in The Reserve in Hoover, AL. She stated that it had been far too long since it had been cleaned and she'd like to have it done. Upon receiving the quote, she stated that was fair and accepted on the spot. After checking the schedule, we were able to get her home scheduled within two weeks.
On the day of the cleaning, as we do with all of our customers, we knocked on the door just to let her know that we were there and promptly got to work. The entire concrete cleaning, both front and back areas, took around two hours from start to finish. We notified the customer when we were done, and after walking around to see her freshly cleaned concrete, the customer stated that she was very happy with the look and asked for a stack of E5M Hydro Wash, LLC business cards for her neighbors and friends.
