Sparkling Window Cleaning & Appealing Concrete Cleaning in Mountain Brook, AL
The window cleaning and concrete cleaning performed on this Mountain Brook, AL home showed the difference in what a little bit of work can provide. The customer stated that he'd had both services done in the past, but was not completely happy with the work the last contractor had provided. We told him that although his home was in a very shady area, the concrete especially should be as close to new as possible as long as regular cleanings were being performed. Our cleaning crew could tell that he had his doubts, but assured him that he would be happy with our work.
Upon finishing the job, our technicians notified the customer of completion of the job and walked the property with him showing him and explaining how we did things. The customer was blown away with the results of this cleaning with us vs. the last cleaning he paid for. The customer said that we had earned a new customer and that he would be reaching out again in the future.
