Remarkable House Wash & Concrete Cleaning in Pelham, AL
This customer in Pelham, AL hired us to clean the exterior brick and concrete of his home. The customer stated that he had hired another company who was supposed to have come two times, but never showed up. He stated his patience had run out and called us based on the recommendation of a family member. We assured him that he would not face those issues with us. He asked for a price to soft wash his brick home, the concrete driveway, and a small metal shed. We provided a quote that fit his budget and he hired us on the spot. While onsite we were able to schedule him that day.
On the day of the cleaning, we arrived 15 minutes prior to our scheduled start time and promptly got to work. The customer was very pleased to se us arrive as we said we would. We cleaned the house and the metal building before moving to the concrete. The customer came outside to see his newly cleaning home and driveway. He repeatedly thanked us for our hard work and for being a company that cares about pleasing their customers.
