Refreshing House Washing & Concrete Cleaning In Bessemer, AL
This small home tucked away in a quiet part of Bessemer, AL was in need of a good house washing and concrete cleaning. The owner contacted us about soft washing the vinyl on her home and also wanted to know if we could brighten up some of her concrete areas. After we presented her the quote, she asked for us to put her down for our next available day. We looked at the schedule and were able to find a day and time that worked for her.
The home's vinyl siding was washed using a relatively mild mixture of our favorite surfactant and an algaecide. The same mixture was also used to clean the concrete, but at slightly a higher ratio. The brick portions of the home were the most troublesome areas due to the moss growth, but with our expertise, the moss and algae didn't stand a chance. We were able to rid the mortar of all organic growth and give the home a much needed refreshening.
The homeowner admitted that she was skeptical at first hearing our claims, but was now a firm believer that E5M Hydro Wash, LLC was the real deal and would be calling us again!
