Professional Commercial Post-Construction Cleanup Pressure Washing & Soft Washing In Northport, AL
When the Chick-Fil-A in Northport, AL was being renovated, the general contractor over the job contacted us for a quote to do the post-construction cleanup after all renovations were completed. The job superintendent stated that he wanted the concrete surrounding the building as well as all of the curbs pressure washed. He also stated that he wanted a brick cleaning and a small area of cedar shake roof to be soft washed. We were able to provide an estimate that fell within their budget and upon acceptance, had the work scheduled on our next available slot.
Working with the general contractor as well as all of the other sub-contractors onsite, we were able to coordinate times when we could get onsite and get the work completed as not to interfere with other work taking place. Although we had to reschedule a few times due to factors beyond our control, all of the cleaning the general contractor wanted to have done was accomplished prior to the turnover date set for the end of the project.
