Phenomenal Metal Building Cleaning in Northport, AL

Though not a very big job, this Northport, AL metal building cleaning is for a customer who hires us several times throughout the year and has been doing so for several years now. The customer called and stated that he'd been debating on whether or not to have the building replaced, but had decided on keeping it for a little while longer. He stated that if he was going to keep it though, it would need to be cleaned and asked that we get him on the schedule at our earliest convenience. We were able to get the metal building cleaning scheduled for a block of time during an afternoon of a day that we had another job in his area a few days out.

When cleaning older metal buildings, it's important to pay attention to how long you allow the cleaning solution to dwell as problems could occur if the paint has oxidized. For this cleaning, we chose to soft wash the building using our low pressure soft wash system due to the age of the building and the fact that the paint was showing signs of oxidation. By soft washing the building, this eliminates the possibility of paint and surface damage that would normally be caused by high pressure. As can be seen in the pictures, the building was cleaned and no damage occurred to the metal siding or the paint. All of the algae and moss was killed down to the roots and safely removed from the building.
