Superior Oxidation Removal In Northport, AL

This Northport, AL customer's office staff had previously hired someone to clean the outside of their building. To most customers, the building may have looked clean after having someone use a pressure washer on it, but to a seasoned soft washer, the building hid an ugly truth that would be discovered later after the building had time to dry. The dark areas on the wall are where the pressure washer's high pressure removed the oxidation revealing the true color of the paint. All of the other areas still had oxidation present. This customer wanted an Oxidation Removal for the street-facing side of the building and for us to remove the striping effect left by an unexperienced pressure washer.

The first step in this process was to spray the whole building down with plain water before applying the oxidation remover. The oxidation remover we use is designed to utilize the brushless method. It is a mild acid that requires a primary coat to loosen the outermost layer of oxidation and a secondary application to loosen and remove the innermost layer of oxidation. The first coat is applied at an 8:1 ratio strength and allowed to sit for 8 to 10 minutes. After the required time has passed, the second coat is applied at the same strength and allowed to sit on the surface for the same amount of time. After waiting recommended amount of time, the surface is thoroughly rinsed from the top to the bottom. All of the oxidation rinses off effortlessly.

As a bonus, we cleaned all of their windows on the outside of their building to complete their building cleaning.
