Incredible Painted Brick Soft Washing in Tuscaloosa, AL

This office building in downtown Tuscaloosa, AL was showing signs of algae and moss growth on it's exterior painted brick walls. A representative for Tuscaloosa Title Company hired us to perform a soft washing on the exterior of the building to safely remove the growth while preserving the integrity of the paint used on the brick. The customer voiced concerns about how we would clean the painted brick as he had a bad experience with a different contractor in the past who used a pressure washer. We assured him that we would be cleaning the building using low pressure only as this was the correct way to clean painted brick without damaging the paint. He agreed and we scheduled the work to be performed.

On the day of the cleaning, everything went as planned and the building was given a new, clean look. The customer as well as employees of the other office were impressed with the results with many of them asking for business cards prior to our leaving the property.
