Incredible House Washing In Abernant, AL

This Abernant, AL home's house washing was paid for by the homeowner's granddaughter as a surprise. The granddaughter just wanted to do something nice for her grandmother to show her appreciation for her.

The home is a vinyl sided doublewide mobile home. This job was one of the easiest we've had to date. The algae present was minimal, and the wooden deck was in very good condition with very little algae growth.

The process for this house wash cleaning is no different than any of the others we have done. We first started by spraying all of the surrounding grass and flowers with plain water to ensure the cleaning agent does not adversely affect the plant life. We then apply the algaecide cleaning agent using our low pressure soft wash system starting at the bottom and moving to the top to ensure an even coat on all of the algae growth. We allow the cleaning agent to dwell on the surface for around 10 minutes before starting our rinse. When rinsing, we start at the top and rinse down using medium pressure. High pressure should NEVER be used on vinyl siding! Our very last step is to re-water all of the grass an flowers to remove any overspray that may have come in contact during the rinsing process.

Both grandmother and granddaughter were extremely please with the work performed.
