Impressive Concrete Cleaning & Remarkable Wall Soft Wash in Tuscaloosa, AL

Nestled atop a hill just southeast from the 15th green at North River Yacht Club in Tuscaloosa, AL sits this beautiful home that was in need of a concrete cleaning, and a painted-wall soft wash. The homeowner was concerned with the amount of algae & moss build up on the concrete, and just how slippery it would get when it got wet. Upon walking the property, she decided that she also wanted a price to have her back wall soft washed to remove the algae that was growing on it.

We were able to provide her with a quote that she was happy with, and the work was then scheduled to take place the following week.

Upon arriving onsite, we got to work by first spraying all of the grass, flowers, and bushes with plain water. We do this to protect it from the cleaning solution we use to kill and remove the unwanted organic growth, in this case, the algae and moss. The back wall was treated using our low pressure soft wash system from the bottom to the top ensuring maximum coverage, then rinsed from top to bottom with low pressure ensuring all of the solution was removed. The concrete was pre-treated with the same cleaning solution and allowed to dwell longer than the wall due to the increased dirt and grime. The concrete was then washed using a high pressure rotary surface cleaner for the largest areas, and a wand for the trimming out and edges. The entire project took right at 6 hours to complete, but the results were impressive.

The homeowner was thoroughly impressed with the work and even texted us the next day to compliment us again on our work!
