Lovely House Washing & Concrete Cleaning In Northport, AL
We received a call from a homeowner who had recently purchased their new home and wanted to have the vinyl soft washed and the concrete driveway & patio pressure washed. We were able to provide him with a quote that day and he accepted. Upon arriving onsite, we immediately started to wet all of the surrounding plant life with water to protect it from the chemical solution we use to clean. Starting with the house, we used our low pressure soft wash system to apply the cleaning solution to all sides of the home. While the cleaning solution was being allowed to dwell on the surface to ensure a proper house washing, we applied a pre-treatment to the concrete driveway and patio. Following the pre-treatment of the driveway and patio, we sprayed all of the plant life again before starting the rinse process on the house. After we rinsed away all of the killed algae from the home, the beauty of the original color of the vinyl siding was once again visible. For the driveway, instead of using the elementary "wanding" technique, we use a dedicated surface cleaner to ensure professional quality results. With the pressure washer fired up, we were able to quickly and efficiently clean the customer's driveway with the even and flawless results that all homeowners want. After cleaning the driveway using the surface cleaner, we rinsed the entire area with plain water removing all of the cleaned off contaminants that were just removed from the surface of the concrete. A post-treatment of the same cleaning solution was then applied to help continue to clean and brighten the concrete for the next few hours. The continued cleaning is beneficial in that the solution will seep down into the smallest of cracks thus killing even more algae growth that can't be visibly seen. A third and final cold water spray was done to all of the plant life to remove any rinse residue that may have gotten on any plant life during the rinse process.
The entire project only took 5 hours from the time we parked, until we drove away. The homeowner came home just as we were about to leave and was speechless at the transformation of his newly purchased Tuscaloosa, AL home.
