Gleaming Window Cleaning In Samantha, AL

This small ranch style home in Samantha, AL was long past due for a thorough window cleaning. The homeowner contacted us after seeing our reviews on Google, and inquired about having her windows cleaned. She stated that she was a retiree and a widow of a Navy veteran. She also stated that she like the fact that we are a disabled veteran owned small business and that she likes to support veteran owned businesses whenever possible.

Our owner appreciated this gesture and went to do the estimate personally. He gave her a few options on what could be done and she chose the best one that fit her budget. He was able to schedule her right away.

On the day of the window cleaning, we were a little short staffed due to sickness of one of our technicians, so the owner of E5M Hydro Wash, LLC gathered what he needed and went to do the job himself. upon arriving onsite, the customer did not expect to see him and asked if he did this a lot? His replay was, "I would rather sweat than disappoint a customer by rescheduling." She thanked him and he got to work.

He decided to start on the outside of the home first and started cleaning them using a handheld window mop and squeegee. After cleaning all of the outside windows, he then moved to the inside to do the same. When cleaning the insides, we are very conscious minded and we will always carry a large bath towel with us to lay down on the floor in front of the window being cleaned. This is to catch and soak up any cleaning solution that may splash back or dribble down onto the customer's floors. When he finished with the insides, our owner and the homeowner took a walk around the home to see the finished product of his work. It's during this time that we will point out anything the customer may need to know about that we saw while cleaning that may need attention in the future. this could be anything from a cracked window, torn screen, or a dry-rotted seal. There were a few minor discrepancies, but nothing major with this home.

The homeowner thank him for his time and attention to detail, and he left with us having made the best impression possible and another returning future customer.
