This customer stated that he found us on Google and after viewing many of our window cleaning before and after pictures, decided to give us a call for a quote to clean the outside as well as the insides of his windows of his charming home in Mountain Brook, AL. Having another job in the area, we told him we could swing by and take a look at his home after the other job was completed. Just by walking around the property we were able to provide him with a quote to clean all of his windows inside and out. He agreed to our terms and the price and we scheduled his work to be done within two weeks. On the day of his cleaning, we opted to use both the purified waterfed pole system for the higher windows, and the traditional method utilizing a window mop with squeegee removal of the cleaning solution for both the lower windows, and the inside work. Upon finishing our work and getting ready to leave, his wife asked if we could clean both sides of the glass door of the wine cellar and what we would charge to do that. After looking at the door, we went ahead and cleaned it at no additional charge to the customer. The customer was extremely happy with the results of the work performed and recommended us to a few neighbors in the area as well.
