Gentle, Low-Pressure House Wash in Bessemer, AL
The owner of a mobile home park in Bessemer, AL contacted us to see if we cleaned aluminum sided mobile homes, to which we confirmed that we did. The customer stated that they had a mobile home that was in desperate need of a house washing before the new tenants moved in. The customer stated that they were hesitant about having high pressure applied to the mobile home's aluminum exterior. We assured the customer that our low pressure soft wash system was completely safe for use on the aluminum siding and they agreed to hire us after having received our quote.
The aluminum on this particular mobile home had seen storm damage and the visual evidence that some one at some point had applied high pressure to the exterior in an attempt to clean the outside. By paying close attention and being mindful of potential leakage areas, we were able to gently clean the mobile home's exterior without damaging the siding any further, and without any unwanted water intrusion.
