Gentle Delicate Stone Patio & Mortar Softwash in Birmingham, AL
The delicate stone patio and very old mortar at this home in Birmingham, AL was in need of a thorough, yet gentle soft washing. The owner of this property is a returning customer who's been doing business with us for several years. He called us to request that we come clean the patio and the mortar of the surrounding brick wall again. After taking a look at our schedule, we were able to schedule his work to take place within the next two weeks.
Using our soft wash system we applied the algaecide using low pressure, but at a high strength to ensure the moss growth would be killed down to the roots. After approximately 20 minutes, we began to rinse the killed organic growth from the surface of the brick wall and the stone patio with medium-low pressure to ensure no damage was caused to the delicate surfaces.
The customer was very pleased with the work and the services we provided and asked that we put him on our schedule for the next year to do the same thing.
