First-class House Washing & Wood Cleaning In Fosters, AL

The owner of this magnificent home on the banks of The Black Warrior River in Fosters, AL knew who and what he wanted when he called. The customer stated that we had done some work for his sister at her rental home in Northwood Lake and that he knew we were the company he wanted to do business with.

The customer had grown tired of seeing all of the algae growth on the north side of his home, but he also wanted to know if we could get the soot residue off that comes from the diesel exhaust of the barges that travel the river's waters. We told him both issues would not be a problem and presented him with our quote. He accepted the quote and we scheduled the house washing.

When we scheduled the work to be performed, the forecast was clear, however, on the day of the cleaning, there was a storm fast approaching. This is the reason for the limited number of pictures. While we were able to rid the beautiful home of the algae and the soot residue, the storm was essentially on top of us as we were packing up and getting ready to leave.

Using our 24 volt 10 gallon per minute soft wash pump, we were able to effectively apply the cleaning agent to the uppermost areas of the home from the ground. A feat that our 12 volt 5.5 gallon per minute pump simply cannot accomplish. Rinsing was performed using the same system used to apply the cleaning agent. Upon finishing the job, we notified the customer and took a walk around the property to see the cleaned home.

The customer stated that he was hesitant that we would be able to clean the soot residue off, but we had just proved him wrong and gained a lifetime customer!
