Fantastic House Washing & Concrete Cleaning in Pelham, AL
This ranch style home in Pelham, AL was nearing the completion phase of the renovations when the owner hired us for a house washing and a concrete cleaning. This house had been the property owner's primary residence for the last 20+ years and they had recently purchased a smaller home. The couple was looking to down size, and were getting this home ready to go on the market. Upon sending the estimate, the home owner accepted and the job was scheduled for later in the week.
On the day of the scheduled cleanings, the entire job took only a few short hours from our arrival to our departure. The home looked market ready and the homeowner's were very happy with the results.
We received an email from this homeowner 3 days later letting us know that the house had been sold and that the new owners stated that the recent cleanings were a contributing factor in their decision to purchase their home, and that they just wanted to say, "Thank you" for the outstanding job on the house wash and concrete cleaning.
