Eye-Catching Roof Cleaning, House Wash, & Concrete Cleaning In Brookwood, AL

This customer hired us to clean his nice little 3 bedroom home in Brookwood, AL. His primary concerns were his roof and concrete. We gave him the price for the roof cleaning and concrete cleaning, after which, he decided to add in the house wash as well. Working from the top, we started by soft washing his roof using low pressure to safely kill and remove all of the algae growth. After rinsing the roof, we started the process of soft washing the home using the same soft wash system to effectively and safely remove the algae buildup on the walls. Soft washing is the preferred method of cleaning as it does not damage sensitive surfaces such as vinyl like a pressure washer would. After cleaning and rinsing the home, we focused our efforts on the concrete. We used the soft wash system again to apply the chemical cleaner using low pressure, but at a higher strength. After allowing the chemical to dwell for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, we began the process of grime removal using our pressure washer to wash away all of the dead organics and loosened grime. We then rinsed away all of the dirty water to reveal the brightened concrete. The entire job took less than eight hours, but the customer was very happy with the results and the price he paid for the rejuvenation of his home.
