Extraordinary Awning Soft Wash In Vestavia Hills, AL
This customer has hired us in the past to clean some of his other rental properties. This rental property in Vestavia Hills, AL only needed a soft washing on the canvas awning on the back door of the residence. The awning had been neglected for some time and since he had just purchased it and was doing some repairs, he wanted to have it cleaned as well. The awning was heavily soiled and had moss growth on it. We were able to kill and remove the algae and moss that was growing, but there was some staining that could not be removed. We informed the customer of the staining and advised him that if he decided to replace it, the only way to prevent future staining is to have the awning cleaned regularly and not let algae or moss growth sit on it for so long. the customer was extremely happy with the results and understood that staining was a possibility.
