Exceptional Soft Washing In Hoover, AL
The customer called us two days before Christmas in a panic because the person she had originally hired to pressure wash her porch areas just never showed up. She stated that both areas were very dirty and that she did not want to put out her Christmas decorations into these dirty areas. The customer asked if we would mind coming to take a look and we said that we could. Upon arrival and a walkaround with the customer, we explain that due to the age and condition of the areas needing to be cleaned, we recommended a low pressure soft washing. After providing her with the quote, the customer asked us when we could get the job done. Since it was so close to the holidays, our employee onsite decided to go ahead and do the job that day. The customer wasn't expecting that, but was thrilled with the answer to her question. The entire job took just 2 hours to complete, but the customer was extremely happy with the freshened look of her Hoover, AL home right in time for Christmas!
