Delightful House Washing On Sierra Drive In Tuscaloosa, AL

Customer's home on Sierra Drive in Tuscaloosa, AL was in need of a house washing prior to being listed on the market. Upon walking the property and providing the customer with an estimate of the cost for services, the customer immediately hired us to do the work, and we scheduled the job for a few days later.

On the day of the cleaning, we made sure to water down all of the grass, flowers, and bushes in order to protect them from any overspray that they could receive from the cleaning solution being applied. We also taped up plastic sheeting over the stained front door and shutters. We promptly got to work on the customer's low pressure house washing by applying the chemical cleaning solution one wall at a time starting at the bottom and going to the top-most edge of the gutters. We allowed the solution to dwell on the surface killing the algae growth. After approximately 10 minutes, each treated area of the home was rinsed from the top to the bottom with medium pressure as to not damage the painted surfaces or cause water intrusion around doors and windows.

There was light oxidation that had drained down onto the windows during the drying process that needed to be hosed off a few days later, but that is normal with some home's window frames that sit directly in the sunlight for years with no cleaning.

The customer was extremely happy with the results of his house washing and the customer service he received regarding the oxidation and our prompt return to assess the cause and remedy the situation.
