Astonishing House Washing, Concrete Cleaning, & Window Cleaning for 2024 in Tuscaloosa, AL
This customer in Tuscaloosa, AL is a returning customer from two years ago. The customer stated that the previous year she decided to try out another company in town and just wasn't at all pleased with their work, so she decided to come back to us. We apologized for the experience she had with someone else, but were very happy that she had come back. The customer stated that her home needed a house washing, a concrete cleaning, and that she wanted a window cleaning. After providing an estimate, she accepted our offer, and her work was scheduled.
We arrived onsite on time as promised and quickly went to work. We were able to see areas of the home that were not properly cleaned by the other company, and some damage was photographed for the customer's knowledge. The house washing removed areas of algae growth, and the concrete cleaning made the older concrete look quite a bit newer. The windows were all cleaned on the inside and on the outside to give the customer the ultimate clarity and shine she was looking for.
