Astonishing Concrete Cleaning & Window Cleaning in Shelby County, AL

A customer in Shelby County, AL contacted us to inquire about a concrete cleaning and window cleaning at her home. The customer stated that she'd had a terrible experience in the past with a contractor not showing to do the work agreed upon. We assured her that would not happen with us because customer satisfaction was our top priority and that we truly enjoyed what we do. She accepted our estimate and the job was schedule for the next week.

On the day the services were to be performed, we started by first cleaning the concrete using a concrete cleaning solution applied using our soft wash system as we can control the strength of the mixture. After allowing the cleaning solution to dwell, we started the washing portion using high pressure and our 20 inch rotary surface cleaner for the largest areas, and a wand wand with a 40 degree tip for cleaning up the edges. Next, we moved to the window cleaning portion of the job. For the upper level windows, we opted to use our waterfed pole window cleaning system as this allows us to clean higher without the use of ladders or scaffolding. For the lower level windows, we chose to traditionally clean those. The two cleaning methods only differ in the way they are done with the results being the same - crystal clear windows with the ultimate gleam and shine with no streaks.

The customer was extremely happy with the results and very happy that she took a chance and hired us even after her bad experience with a different pressure washing company.
