Appealing Concrete Cleaning & Wood Cleaning In Calera, AL

This home was a recent purchase for the new homeowner in Calera, AL. She called us to have a concrete cleaning on the concrete patio and the concrete surrounding her pool. She also wanted to have a wood cleaning done to the wood fencing surrounding the back patio area and the hot tub house. The customer had just purchased this home only a few weeks away from Christmas and was hopeful that she could have it ready for family and friends during the holidays. We were able to provide her with a quote that she was happy with and scheduled her cleaning for a few days later.

On the day of the cleaning, the concrete returned to it's beautiful natural concrete color, and the wood on the fence cleaning went back to a more natural wood look. However, due to the amount of algae and moss growth on the exterior of the hot tub house, the moss growth hid an ugly truth.........termites. She would be required to do some repairs to the lower exterior walls of the structure, but the primary structure looked to be structurally sound and without termite damage. We suggested that she get pest control out for a more thorough inspection.

Despite receiving the news about the hidden termite colony, the customer was extremely happy to have her concrete bright again, and the wood looking like wood.
