She initially contacted us to say that she and her husband were thinking about putting their house on the market due to their kids being grown and that they just wanted to downsize. She stated that their realtor had suggested us because we had done the same for one of his other clients and that the house had sold very quickly. She also told us that we had done some work for her sister and that her sister said that she wouldn't be disappointed.
