Amazing House Washing In Calera, AL
This house washing took place in Calera, AL for a customer who was about to put his house on the market to sell. The home's exterior had a good amount of algae growth on the vinyl siding. The customer requested pressure washing, but for vinyl siding, we prefer to use the soft washing method.
Soft washing is like pressure washing in that while it does clean, the cleaning is done so by using a chemical cleaner applied using low pressure. The low pressure system is run using 12 volt battery operated pump. This method of cleaning is the preferred method because it not only cleans, but it also ensures no damage to the surface being cleaned.
The customer returned home from work as we were packing up after completion of the job. He was amazed at the difference from when he left for work.
